Manor Twp, PA September 3, 2015 -- Locally owned Rosston Eddy Marina, LLC recently donated $3,600.00 to help fund the operation of Allegheny River Locks 6, 7, 8 & 9.
Armstrong County Commissioners, Robert Bower and David Battaglia, met with the marina's co-owners, Bill Knopp and Lauren Chorney, to receive the donation.

"Allegheny River Locks 6, 7, 8 and 9 play an important role in the economic life of the recreation industry in Armstrong County," Knopp said, "My wife, Lauren, and I have a
huge investment of time and money in the boating community on the Upper Allegheny River. We do this because we have a deep rooted love for this river. We want as many
people as possible to experience its beauty." Knopp stated that along with this donation, he wants to assure people that, "we'll be here doing what we can for our boating
community for a long time."
